Ranwell POS Privacy Notice

Ranwell POS processes customer registration details, billing details, service usage, support records, security logs and platform identifiers to provide, secure, support and improve the service. Customer transactional data remains scoped to the customer organisation and is not intentionally exposed to other tenants. Access is limited according to operational need and authorised support workflows. Security logs may include IP-derived security hashes, device information and timestamps. Customers should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields. Data may be retained for operational, contractual, security, accounting and legal purposes. Customers may request appropriate export or account assistance through Ranwell support. This notice should be read together with the applicable subscription terms and any customer-specific agreement.
